Peter Bester
Peter Bester has been involved in property sales since 2004, developing extensive local knowledge of the Garden Route and the surrounding coastal property markets. Over the years, he has built deep, trusted relationships with buyers, sellers, owners and the tradespeople who bring property projects to life.
HCT began with property care and holiday-home management — looking after homes and giving owners genuine peace of mind. From that hands-on foundation, HCT evolved into HCT Property Solutions, bringing PROPERTY, DESIGN, PROJECTS and MANAGE together under one trusted brand. Today clients have a single partner for buying, selling, transforming and caring for their property.
Peter currently lists and sells properties through Karis Properties, with the wider HCT Property Solutions team supporting sales, design, projects and management across the Garden Route and surrounding coastal areas.
